Our 14-day promise

If the 30-60-90 Toolkit is not useful to you, email contact@millwardinterim.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will refund the price in full. No forms, no fuss.

The setup call package

If you bought the Toolkit + Expert Setup Call and have not yet had your call, the full promise applies. Once the call has taken place, we will refund the toolkit portion (£189) within the 14 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This promise is in addition to your legal rights. It does not affect your statutory rights.

On-site services

Refund and cancellation terms for the 90-Day Launch Week and interim engagements are set out in the proposal or contract for that work.
