Licence terms

These terms apply to the 30-60-90 Warehouse Improvement Toolkit (the playbook and workbook) and to the free Warehouse Shift Toolkit, all published by Millward Interim Ltd (“we”, “us”). By buying or downloading them you agree to these terms.

Ownership

All content, design and templates remain the copyright of Millward Interim Ltd. Buying the toolkit gives you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

What your licence allows: the 30-60-90 Toolkit

Each purchase is a personal licence for the individual buyer. You may use the playbook and workbook in your own work, at your current employer and any future employer, and you may print the templates for use in the operations you manage.

What it does not allow

Sharing the files, or copies of them, with colleagues or other people. For several managers or a whole site, ask us about a team or site licence.
Reselling, republishing or distributing the files, in whole or in part, or including them in any product or training you sell.
Removing copyright notices or presenting the content as your own.

The free Warehouse Shift Toolkit

The free tools may be printed, copied and shared freely within any organisation, provided the Millward Interim branding and copyright notice stay in place. They may not be sold or republished.
