What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number and message when you use the contact form.
- Purchases and free downloads: your name, email address and order details when you buy the toolkit or download the free tools.
- Bookings: your name, email and chosen time when you book a call.
- Website use: if you accept cookies, information about how you arrived at and used the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, deliver what you bought or downloaded, arrange calls, send you useful emails about warehouse improvement if you signed up for the free toolkit (you can unsubscribe at any time), and understand which of our adverts work. Our lawful bases are performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running and promoting the business, and your consent where required.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers to run the site: Payhip (checkout, file delivery and email), Formspree (contact form), Calendly (bookings), our website host, and, only if you accept cookies, LinkedIn and Meta (advertising measurement). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Purchase records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. With your consent, it uses LinkedIn and Meta cookies to measure which adverts bring visitors here. You can accept or decline in the banner, and change your mind by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site.
Your rights
